Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the cla200 platform operating under the domain cla200.co, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with Privacy Policy us.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and cla200 management. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The cla200 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. Any attempt to register or use the platform by an underage individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on cla200. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. The name registered must match the full name on your official identification document and bank account.
Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice. Users are solely responsible for keeping their account information up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. cla200 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your account.

Users agree not to use the cla200 platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that breaches these terms. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to defraud, hack, or disrupt platform systems; using automated software or bots to access the platform; and any action that could compromise the integrity of the games or the security of other users.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy (MYR)
All transactions on the cla200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet used is registered in their own name. cla200 does not accept payments made on behalf of another person.
Successful deposits will be credited to the account within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed to the account registered under the same user's name. cla200 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes.
Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. cla200 reserves the right to freeze the account and hold the associated balance while an investigation is in progress.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Cla200 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any use that violates applicable Malaysian law.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the cla200 customer support team. Any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the identity verification process, subject to the relevant conditions.

All content on the cla200 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of cla200 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content without written permission from cla200.
